I feel like I bought this embroidered cold shoulder top months ago! It’s funny how long it takes for stuff to hit my blog after I actually purchase it. Since I try to stay true to my personal style, I buy a lot of pieces on the spot. If I see something I love, I buy it, but then it hangs out in my closet sometimes for several weeks. This is one of those pieces, and I’m so glad it’s still fully stocked! I think what I love even more than the embroidery, is the ruffles on the sleeves. #ruffleobsessed It’s also light as air, which will make it perfect for hot summer days! And did I mention it’s only $28?!
Since I work full-time and have my blog, I tend to not prioritize certain things. Like, um, keeping my house organized. Yesterday, I spent most of the day organizing clothes, and putting most of my winter pieces into a different closet to make room for spring/summer. Of course, I had the constant interruptions from my busy toddler, who doesn’t understand the importance of organizing my closets. 😉 Does anyone have any tips on how to keep an only child/toddler occupied?? Besides TV or the iPad?? He was asking me to “play” all day, but really he just wants me to be with him. As long as I’m in the room, he’s happy. So I didn’t get as much done as I’d like, but that’s okay. Sometimes it’s just hard to balance, and then there’s the mom guilt. I’m sure all you mamas hear me loud and clear.
Hey, it’s FRIDAY! Hope your weekend is fun! Thanks for reading!
