You guys know I’m not a huge dress-wearer, but add “sweatshirt” to the title, and suddenly I’m ALL IN. haha! If you follow along on my Instastories, you may recognize this cold shoulder ruffle sweatshirt dress, because I shared a sneak peek about a week ago. It’s so unique, I just couldn’t pass it up. It has ruffles (my fave), cold shoulders, and is baggy and comfy. What more could a mom (or anyone) want in a dress? And the best part…it’s only $44! I wore mine with booties, but it’ll also be really cute with flats (or maybe even my Converse sneakers). I’m wearing an XS, and it’s true to size.
I decided to wing-it with this pink + mustard color combo, and I have to say, I’m kind of loving it. This velvet bag is the one I got at the Rebecca Minkoff store in Soho during NYFW. I don’t think I’ve bought a bag on-the-spot in years, but I fell it love with it instantly. The bow is what sold me. The color is perfect for fall, and hello, it’s VELVET! Need I say more? Velvet is by far the biggest trend for fall. I’m not always one to go crazy over trendy pieces, but this bag had to come home with me. I’m considering it a NYFW “souvenier”. 😉
As of yesterday, the fall weather has officially arrived in PA, and I couldn’t be more happy. Fall is by far my favorite season, as well as my favorite season to dress for. Sweaters, booties, sweatshirts, cardigans, yes yes yes! Just add a decaf maple pecan latte from Starbucks and I’m one happy girl. (Have you tried it yet? It’s one of my favorite drinks they’ve ever had.) I want to add some joggers to my fall wardrobe to wear with sneakers, but athleisure isn’t really one of my specialties. 😉 Please leave me a comment if you have any particular ones that you love. I’m looking for some that are similar to this style. And while you’re at it, sneaker recommendations would be appreciated, too. This mama needs some comfy, lazy day outfits.
Happy Friday friends! Thanks so much for supporting my blog just by stopping by!
