Doing a total 360 today from my date night post on Monday. But this fall, I’m alllllll about finding some casual, cozy pieces I can wear for lounging around the house or running errands (or both, which describes my typical day off work). I’m sticking with this palette of blush, grey, and black for my fall casual wishlist. I love my neutrals in the fall, but these blush sneakers have my name ALL over them (and blush is basically a neutral anyway, right?).
After searching for the perfect pair of joggers, I stumbled on this adorable pair (and they’re under $40). The ruching on the side makes them a little more girly, and they also come in a pretty oatmeal color. Also loving this pale pink pair (and the matching Brunette sweatshirt that I’ve been stalking for a few weeks now). Blondies, you can check out your version here.
Ball caps were a big trend last fall, and they seem to be back again this year. I love anything that means not having to do my hair, so I’m on board. 😉 I already bought this faux-suede one at Nordstrom (which is a dupe for this $150 version). And I’m definitely getting this $15 floral one. It’s the perfect way to make any casual/gym outfit more feminine.
The other day at Target, I spotted the cutest little pink velvet slip-ons. I really wanted to get them for my niece for her birthday, but they didn’t have her size. I kept thinking, geez, I wish they came in my size! Then I found this pair, which is so similar and under $50. (Also found this $25 faux suede pair that’s super cute.) I don’t own any slip-on shoes like this. All of my fall shoes are either ballet flats, booties, or boots. When it comes to cozy & casual, I’ve got NO game. But I plan to fix that this season! 😉
On a totally different topic, my little guy turns 4 tomorrow!!! It’s so hard to believe he’s 4 already. I just got his preschool pictures back and he seriously looks 6-years-old. He’s in a size 11 shoe, and well over half my height. Tonight, Chris and I are going to put together these big building blocks and sneak them into his room. (Our church has them, and he always loves playing with them.) He’s going to be so excited when he wakes up and sees them. I can’t wait to celebrate his special day with him tomorrow!
Thanks for stopping by!
